The Master thesis of Julian García obtains the maximum grade with Honors

 The research project “Neurite: a finite difference continuum model of the electrophysiological-mechanical coupling in neurons under mechanical loading” has been co-supervised by Dr. Antoine Jerusalem and Dr. Jose María Peña of IMDEA Materials Institute and Polytechnic University of Madrid respectively.

This novel research has been recently defended by the research assistant Julian García as his Master thesis in advanced computing for science and engineering obtaining the maximum grade with Honors.

This research has been partially funded by the Cajal Blue Brain Project.
