<strong data-start=\"92\" data-end=\"155\">constant conversation between its two main cellular players<\/strong>: keratinocytes, which form the protective outer barrier, and dermal fibroblasts, which provide structural support and orchestrate tissue repair. Every wound begins with this dialogue, as these cells exchange biochemical signals to coordinate migration, proliferation, and regeneration. \ud83d\udd2c In this coculture, those conversations become visible: <strong data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"529\">HaCaT (<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">red<\/span>)<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"534\" data-end=\"561\">HDF (<span style=\"color: #99cc00;\">green<\/span>)<\/strong> share the same environment, continuously sensing and responding to one another.
