The thesis was supervised by Prof. Javier LLorca  and obtained the highest grade “Sobresaliente cum laude”. Congratulations to the new doctor from the Bio/Chemo/Mechanics of Materials group.

The doctoral work of Dr. Yang obtained the Acta Materialia Student Award and of the papers published also obtained to award to the best paper published on Mg and Mg alloys in 2024 by the International Magnesium Society.
