Dr.Valentin Vassilev will work on the project HighHydrogenML (High-throughput Discovery of Catalysts for the Hydrogen Economy through Machine Learning) whose target is to develop a high-throughput strategy based on first principles calculations and artificial intelligence tools to discover intermetallic compounds whose  activity can be tuned to reach an optimum catalytic performance for the HER and ORR .

In addition, the proposal MACS (Novel Magnesium alloy for bone tissue engineering manufactured by selective laser melting) of Dr. Mahdi Sabbaghians is in the reserve list.
