Samuel Hémery is assistant professor at Institut Pprime and ISAE-ENSMA (Poitiers, France). His current research interests are  focused in the analysis of mechanisms involved in deformation and fracture on Ti alloys for aerospace applications. During his visit to the Bio/Chemo·Mechanics of Materials group, Prof. Hémery gave a seminar entitled “New insights into the relationships between microstructure and mechanical properties in Ti alloys”.
