Three new research projects -funded by the Spanish Research Agency- have been granted to the Bio/Chemo/Mechanics of Materials research group

The project MultiMat-3D (reference PID2021-124389OB) is focussed on the design and fabrication of multimaterial bioresorbable scaffolds by 3D printing for osteochondral tissue regeneration and is supported in the call for General Knowledge projects.

The project CATbyESE (TED2021-129497B-I00) is devoted to the discovery of new catalysts by means of elastic strain engineering and is supported by the call for Oriented Projects for the Ecological and Digital Transition.

Finally, the project DITTCE (PLEC2022-009308) addresses the development of implantable devices for the treatment of brain tumors through electric fields and is supported by the call on Strategic Projects for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience.

These projects strengthen the activities of the group in the areas of catalysis and health care.
