Javier LLorca participates in the Chinese Materials Conference in Shenzhen and visits the National Facility for Translational Medicine in Shanghai Jiao Tong University
Javier LLorca gave two keynote lectures at the Chinese Materials Conference in Shenzhen in the symposia devoted to "Materials Simulation, Computation, and Design" and "Magnesium alloys". In addition, he visited the School of Materials Science and Engineering in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where
Prof. G. Yuan from Shanghai Jia Tong University visited the Bio/Chemo/Mechanics of Materials research group on June 30th and gave a seminar.
The seminar was entitled "Research & Development of biodegradable Mg-based vascular stent". Prof. G. Yuan is professor in the School of Materials Science and Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and also belongs to the National Engineering Research Center of Light Alloy Net Forming.
