The document has been elaborated by the Spanish Aerospace Technological Platform (PAE), with the support of a working group led by Aernnova and formed by ACITURRI, AIMPLAS, AIRBUS, AIRGRUP, AIMEN, CEIT, COMET Ingeniería, EHU/CFAA, FIDAMC, HEROUX-DEVTEK, ITP AERO, OBUU Tech and UPV.

It defines 28 industrial R & D & I priorities, details each one with a file and contains an annex in which 10 universities and technological centers of the PAE detail which lines of research they have in each of these priorities.
