On Wednesday, March 25th at 12:00 in the Seminar Room, María Sansigre will give a session in our Innovation Talks series entitled “From Lab to Venture: What Investors Look For — and How to Build a Fundable Deep Tech Spin-off from Day One”.

Abstract:

Early-stage scientific breakthroughs rarely fail because of weak science; they do so because the path from lab to venture is not structured early enough. In this session, Maria Sansigre will address both sides of the equation: what investors look for in deep tech projects at very low technology/business-readiness levels, and how research teams can deliberately shape their projects into fundable spin-offs from the outset.
