The defense of the PhD thesis of  Guanglong Xu entitled  "Coupled Nonlinear Ginzburg-Landau and Mechanics Model for Martensitic Transformations in Polycrystals"  will take place on Friday, February 26th  at 12 noon at the E. T. S. de Ingenieros Informáticos of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (Campus de Montegancedo). "Sala de Grados". His work has been supervised by Dr. Yuwen Cui and Prof. Javier LLorca.
