MAT4.0-CM is the name of the new project led by the IMDEA Materials Institute. The acronym comes from the union of the word materials and the term 4.0 that defines the current industrial revolution marked by the application of Artificial Intelligence to productive processes. MAT4.0-CM is financed by the Autonomous Community of Madrid and aims to strengthen the industrial sector in three key areas: aeronautics, transport and health.
