IMDEA Materials Institute is set to welcome prospective PhD candidates to our annual Open PhD Day, which will take place online for the first time on Thursday, April 3.
This event provides students from Spain and beyond with the opportunity to learn about PhD opportunities at one of Europe’s leading materials science research centres.
According to Prof. José Manuel Torralba, Director of IMDEA Materials, the event aims to provide insight into the institute’s research environment and the possibilities for PhD students.
“We invite everyone interested in pursuing a PhD in Materials Science to register and attend our annual Open PhD Day,” says Prof. Torralba.
“IMDEA Materials is not only a leading research centre in Spain but across Europe. Join us on April 3 to hear first-hand from researchers in both industry and academia about their experiences at our institute, as well as the opportunities available for pursuing a PhD with us,” he adds.
