On June 27^th, the kickoff meeting of the European project LIMEDU was held at Celestynow (Poland). The main objective of the project is to develop novel processing routes of high strength ultra-fine grained and nanostructured light metals with increased ductility based on hydrostatic extrusion. The consortium is lead by IMDEA Materials Institute and includes the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Carlos III University of Madrid.
