Ruben Costa, head of the research group on Hybrid Optoelectronic Materials and Devices, has been awarded a Consolidator grant by the European Research Council. These grants allow ambitious top scientists to establish or strengthen their teams in Europe and be truly creative in their research. Ruben and his teams will work on advanced bio-hybrid lighting and photovoltaic devices. Rubén is the third ERC grantee at our Institute, together with Javier Llorca and Juanjo Vilatela.
