Past august 2014, Dr .De-Yi Wang, head of High Performance Nanocomposites group at IMDEA Materials Institute, was elected “External Scientific Member” (IPF Fellow) at the Leibniz Institute of Polymer Research Dresden (IPF).

IPF is one of the leading and largest polymer research facilities in Germany and is committed to carrying out application-oriented fundamental. IPF is linked with leading research groups worldwide. Aiming to realize long-term collaborations with excellent research groups in the polymer science fields, IPF selects and appoints top scientist as “External Scientific Members” worldwide. So far, four Professors from polymeric materials field from USA, Spain and UK have been selected as External Scientific Members of IPF.
