Journalist Ángel Luis Jiménez from ConSalud.es has spoken with visiting IMDEA Materials researcher José Sánchez de Río Sáez about the design of a new “smart mask” that can track a wearer´s vital signs.

The mask is one result of the Community of Madrid´s Materials and Models Against Pandemics (MAMAP-CM) project and a collaboration between IMDEA Materials, the Technical University of Madrid (UPM), and the Rey Juan Carlos University (URJC).
