Dr. Ahad Mohammadzadeh’s desire to spread his wings beyond his hometown of Tabriz, Iran led him to apply for a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowship at IMDEA Materials Institute.
As a Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) postdoctoral fellow, Dr. Sha Liu has helped the IMDEA Materials Institute to become a reference in the calculation of phase diagrams of metallic alloys for engineering applications.
“We developed a method to enhance mutual alignment and stress-transfer in multiyarn CNT fabrics, which is a critical step for scaling up the CNT fabrics manufacturing process and further industrial implementation.”

Mauricio Terrones is a Physics Engineer and is currently the Director of the Center for 2D and Layered Materials and the NSF-IUCRC Center for Atomically Thin Multifunctional Coatings (ATOMIC).
