IMDEA Materials Institute, STMicroelectronics, one of the world’s largest semiconductor companies, and the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA) have recently signed a partnership agreement to perform a join research project in the field of microelectronics. This three years collaborative project will mainly investigate the electrical performance of new type of integrated circuit architecture. IMDEA Materials ‘research will be led by Dr. Martin-Bragado, head researcher of the Atomistic Modeling of Materials group.
